Current designated-agent status
DMCA designated-agent registration and public agent contact details have not been verified. This page does not claim that SocialStoq has a registered agent or qualifies for a safe harbor. Send copyright infringement notices and copyright-related inquiries to our actively monitored interim contact, safety@socialstoq.com. Accepting requests at this address does not make it a registered DMCA designated agent.
Information for a copyright notice
Identify the copyrighted work and the specific SocialStoq URLs or material you believe infringes it. Provide a physical or electronic signature from the rights holder or authorized representative, and contact information sufficient to reach you.
Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law, and a statement that your information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Counter-notices
A counter-notice is a legal response to removal or disabled access. It generally requires a signature, identification and former location of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury about mistake or misidentification, contact details, and consent to the applicable court's jurisdiction and service of process. Obtain legal advice before submitting one.
A verified agent, secure handling procedure and legally appropriate notice/restoration process must be established before this draft can promise counter-notice processing. SocialStoq does not automatically restore material on receipt of an email.
Repeat infringement
Repeated rights violations can lead to supported restrictions, creator suspension or account bans. Decisions require review; allegations alone are not proof. The formal repeat-infringer policy and designated-agent workflow remain subject to owner/counsel approval.
