SocialStoq policies

Community Guidelines

Keep SocialStoq safe, honest and useful for creators and members.

Draft updated . Effective date pending owner/counsel approval.

Operational draft for review. Unresolved policy decisions are identified below; this is not a legal-compliance certification.

Respect people

Do not harass, threaten, promote hate or abuse, impersonate others, or publish private information without permission. Doxxing and targeted intimidation are prohibited.

Keep content and links lawful

Do not publish illegal content, scams, fraud, phishing, malware or dangerous links. Respect copyright and other intellectual property. Do not use spam, deceptive identities or repeated unwanted behavior to manipulate the platform.

Protect people from exploitation

Child sexual exploitation material and sexual exploitation are prohibited. Do not share intimate images without the depicted person's consent, including digitally fabricated images. A mature-content label never makes prohibited material acceptable.

Use access controls honestly

Do not bypass resource restrictions, evade enforcement, manipulate platform systems or mislabel mature material. An acknowledgment is separate from age verification and content entitlement.

Reporting and review

Use Report on a creator page, group or link, or the public safety contact if you cannot use the signed-in flow. For nonconsensual intimate imagery, follow the dedicated instructions on the safety contact page. Do not attach or redistribute intimate images or child exploitation material to make a report.

Staff can review reports and use warnings, resource restrictions, creator-page suspensions and account bans where appropriate. Repeated violations may lead to stronger action. A report alone does not automatically remove content. SocialStoq does not promise continuous monitoring or emergency response.

Privacy, access, correction, deletion and copyright requests: safety@socialstoq.com. This monitored interim contact is not a claim of registered DMCA agent status.
