SocialStoq policies
Privacy Policy
What SocialStoq collects, what is public, and the choices available to you.
Draft updated . Effective date pending owner/counsel approval.
Operational draft for review. Unresolved policy decisions are identified below; this is not a legal-compliance certification.
Who operates SocialStoq
SocialStoq is operated by Philaso NextGen, LLC. This notice describes the current account, creator-page, relationship and safety features.
Account and creator information
We use your email, account identifier and authentication information to operate your account. We also maintain account creation, email confirmation and last sign-in information. Creator information includes your username, display name, bio, page title and description, appearance choices, uploaded images, groups and links. You provide this information when you sign up or use editing tools.
Public and private information
Publishing makes your eligible creator page, profile information and public groups and links available without signing in. Your published avatar and artwork may also be visible. Access-restricted or suspended resources follow their current access rules. External search engines and visitors may retain copies of public information.
Following and Watchlist records are private relationship data. Creators do not receive lists identifying their followers or who Watchlisted them. Watchlisting requires Following; unfollowing removes dependent Watchlist entries. A Watchlist does not grant additional access.
How information is used
We use account and content information to authenticate users, display creator pages, provide private member dashboards, show eligible creator updates and notifications, support safety review and operate the service. Limited product events help us understand feature use and abuse. They are not advertising profiles. The permanent SocialStoq Score model is currently inactive; a privacy preference does not activate it.
Infrastructure, email and external links
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage infrastructure; Vercel hosts the application. Authentication email is sent through the configured authentication email service. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and error or security records.
Creator links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. We do not track your activity after you leave SocialStoq. The current application has no advertising trackers, session replay or marketing email functionality. Owner review of provider contracts and any legal definitions of sale or sharing remains pending.
Safety and administration
Reports, case notes, warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans, verification decisions and administrative audit records support safety, security, enforcement and dispute handling. Access is restricted to authorized purposes. Platform Admin account oversight uses limited account metadata, not a browsing history. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to respond to threats or protect rights, subject to applicable law.
Retention and username changes
Information currently persists according to the feature and operational records involved. We have not yet finalized a comprehensive retention and deletion schedule. Safety records and legitimate legal holds may require retention after account closure; copies in backups and provider logs do not disappear instantly.
Username changes keep the same underlying account. A former username can redirect for 90 days and remains reserved for 180 days under the current rules. The usual change cooldown is 30 days. Expiry of a redirect or reservation does not itself erase historical records. Removed or replaced images stop being delivered through their old active reference; physical cleanup can take longer.
Your controls and requests
Settings and Studio let you edit supported identity and creator information, manage public presentation and change your Score privacy preference. You can remove relationships, unpublish your creator page and manage your content. Account-wide export and deletion are not currently self-service features.
Email safety@socialstoq.com for privacy inquiries, access, correction, deletion/account-closure or other privacy-rights requests. This actively monitored interim contact does not provide automated fulfillment. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances; an identity check and lawful exceptions may apply.
Security and international processing
We use authentication, access restrictions and controlled media delivery. No service can guarantee perfect security. Infrastructure and service providers may process data in other countries; no specific regional residency or transfer safeguard is promised by this draft pending provider and legal review.
Children and changes
SocialStoq accounts are for users age 13 or older. SocialStoq is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not operate a parental-consent system. Contact safety@socialstoq.com with concerns about an underage account. Mature-content acknowledgment is not age verification or permission to view otherwise restricted content.
We will update this notice when practices change. The revision date identifies this draft; final publication and effective date require policy approval.
