SocialStoq policies
Terms of Service
The ground rules for accounts, creator content and use of SocialStoq.
Draft updated . Effective date pending owner/counsel approval.
Operational draft for review. Unresolved policy decisions are identified below; this is not a legal-compliance certification.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. One account can be used as both a member and creator. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this minimum age.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Do not impersonate others or evade a restriction or ban. You remain responsible for the content and links you publish.
Your content and our permission to operate
You retain ownership of your content. By providing content, you give SocialStoq permission to store, process, resize and display it as needed to operate the service and the visibility settings you choose. You must have the rights needed to share it. This permission does not transfer ownership to SocialStoq. Retained safety records and backups may remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law after removal.
Access and third-party destinations
Publishing can make your page and public resources accessible without an account. Following may enable follower-only resources; Watchlisting is private and grants no extra entitlement. A mature-content acknowledgment neither verifies age nor grants access to private, paid, restricted or follower-only resources.
External destinations are operated independently. SocialStoq does not control their content, availability or practices. Verify destinations before sharing personal information or making purchases. Paid membership and payment processing are not current SocialStoq features.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not distribute illegal content, abuse others, infringe rights, publish malicious links, manipulate platform systems or bypass access controls. Reports are reviewed rather than automatically treated as proof.
Depending on the situation and supported controls, SocialStoq may restrict resources, issue warnings, suspend creator pages or ban accounts. Restrictions can affect content availability and account operations. Safety records may be retained for legitimate enforcement, security and legal purposes.
Copyright and safety
Respect intellectual property. The Copyright page explains notice requirements and the current designated-agent status. Report safety concerns through the public safety contact or the Report action on an eligible resource. SocialStoq is not an emergency service.
Availability, changes and account closure
SocialStoq is an early-access service. Features may change or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular audience or results from using the service. Account-wide deletion is not currently self-service; its process and retention exceptions require final approval.
Legal review and disputes
This operational draft does not establish a liability cap, arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, governing jurisdiction or court venue. Disclaimers and limitation provisions, dispute terms and a business correspondence address require owner/counsel decisions. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Policy changes will be reflected in the revision date and any notice required by applicable law. Final effective date and approval remain pending.
